Ownership of the site
The website https://www.massimilianozeuli.com is owned by Massimiliano Zeuli with registered office in Rome – Italy, and is aimed at selling online consultancy and services (the “Products“).
It should be noted that physical products are not sold.
Applicable legislation
The sale of products and provision of services via electronic means is governed by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (Consumer Code) regarding distance selling with consumers, and by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 n. 70 regarding electronic commerce.
The sales contract stipulated between the Customer and the sites will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Italian Law.
Acceptance of the general conditions of sale
By placing an order according to the various methods provided on the Site, the Customer declares that he/she has read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and fully accepts the general conditions of sale and payment transcribed below.
These general conditions of sale, together with the conditions regarding the methods of delivery and payment of the goods, constitute an integral part of the sales contract concluded between the Customer and Massimiliano Zeuli.
We therefore invite you to read these general conditions of sale carefully, to print them or in any case to keep a copy.
The products published on the site can be:
“consultations” carried out using telematic means of video conference or, alternatively, by providing illustrated material online
“courses” delivered digitally on the online platform and finalized in the form of final consultancy
In order to make purchases, the Customer must be registered on the site.
At the time the purchase is made, the Customer has the possibility to choose the Delivery and Payment Method of the product he/she prefers.
Acceptance of the order by Massimiliano Zeuli is confirmed by sending a confirmation email to the email address provided by the Customer when placing the order on the Site.
Massimiliano Zeuli reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to accept the order; in this case, we will communicate the cancellation of the order.
The Customer undertakes to verify the accuracy of the data in the order confirmation email and to promptly report any errors or omissions to Massimiliano Zeuli.
The order confirmation email contains the following data:
Order number and date
Product(s), quantity, price
Type of payment chosen
Method of service and possible time of consultation
Total order amount
Billing
Massimiliano Zeuli.com is a platform whose invoicing will be provided after receiving the customer's tax data.
Prices
The sales prices of the products published on the Site include VAT where necessary.
In the event that incorrect prices are identified due to technical anomalies, Massimiliano Zeuli reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
Competent court
For the resolution of any civil disputes arising from the interpretation, execution and termination of this distance selling contract, if the Customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the products for purposes not related to his/her professional activity) the mandatory territorial jurisdiction is the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in Italy (Art. 63 Legislative Decree 205/2006).
Conditions
These general conditions of sale will remain valid and effective until they are modified and/or integrated by Massimiliano Zeuli.
Any modifications and/or additions will be effective from the date of publication of the same on the Massimiliano Zeuli website.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is governed by Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and is reserved exclusively for the consumer (i.e. the natural person who acts for purposes other than entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal or professional activity), therefore it cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons who act for purposes related to any professional activity carried out
Pursuant to the Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of fourteen days from delivery of the goods to withdraw from a distance selling contract, without having to provide any reason and bearing the direct cost of returning the goods; in this case, he has the right to obtain reimbursement of payments made to the seller, including any delivery costs.
The withdrawal does not apply to consultations and professional courses in which the customer will have sufficient information to evaluate the type of consultation or course before purchasing.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the case of:
audiovisual products and sealed computer software products, which have been opened.

Methods and times for exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must contact Massimiliano Zeuli's customer service, within 14 days of receiving the goods, using the following methods
by sending a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, clearly and unequivocally communicating their intention to withdraw from the contract, to the address that will be indicated by the platform.
PLEASE NOTE: Massimiliano Zeuli reserves the right not to accept the return in the following cases:
product sent without an RMA or in any case without having followed the procedure referred to in this paragraph;
product sent without the original packaging;
product sent without the other components contained in the package (e.g. accessories, cables, instruction manuals, etc.);
damage to the product.

Methods and times for refunding the cost of the product
Massimiliano Zeuli will refund the product within 14 days from the day on which he was informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract.
Massimiliano Zeuli will refund the product after the product has been returned and its integrity has been verified.
Massimiliano Zeuli will refund the product via bank transfer.
For purchases made by credit card payment, the refund will be made by reversing the transaction directly to the credit card.
Payments
Credit cards. We accept the most common credit cards, including prepaid and rechargeable cards, issued exclusively in Italy.
No additional charges will be made when paying by credit card.
For all credit cards, it is necessary to enter the CVV2 code, otherwise the order will be cancelled. For Visa and MasterCard credit cards, the CVV2 corresponds to the last 3 digits on the back of the card.
PayPal. We accept payment via the PayPal platform. In this case, a fee of €0.90 will be applied.
Bank Transfer. We accept payment via Bank Transfer. No additional charge will be applied when paying by credit card.
Please note
It may happen that, after entering your credit card details and CVV2, you are also asked for an additional code or some specific data. This happens because some banks require a specific procedure to enable the use of your credit card online. To find out how to enable your credit card for online purchases or to find out the code to enter, you must contact your bank directly.
The order paid by credit card may be subjected to a "verification of authenticity" (verification to ascertain the actual ownership of the credit card) directly with the relevant bank before being entrusted to the Courier.
In the event that a “verification of authenticity” is activated, the customer will be notified by info@massimilianozeuli.com via email.
If the bank communicates to Massimiliano Zeuli any irregularity relating to the credit card used, Massimiliano Zeuli will proceed with the cancellation of the order, giving simultaneous communication via email.
Discount coupons
Discounts are valid exclusively starting from the list price;
- Discount coupons cannot be combined with other types of coupons, discounts or ongoing promotions;
- Discount coupons cannot be converted into cash, cannot be divided and do not give the right to change;
- Discount coupons can be spent exclusively on the massimilianozeuli.com website, provided that you are registered and log in with your credentials.
